WatchChristmas Activities: My friend Stephanie singing the soprano part in the sing-a-long Messiah. The entire audience sang the choruses, seperated into all the parts, no less! I like this video because you can tell Stenya (as we call her) has her “game face” on, not to mention she is an amazing singer.
I think I got Jordan an amazing Christmas present this year— a “slam dunk”, if you will— an autographed copy of his favourite book, “Barney’s Version” by Mordecai Richler. I think there may have been a tear or two when he opened it. I know I was almost crying.

I’m at Jordan’s family’s house for Christmas Eve. I think we might open some gifts here! Then tomorrow morning we’ll go to my house. This means two Christmas dinners, quite the turkey marathon!
I’ve made it to Kamloops for Christmas! The notorius Coquihalla highway was rife with idiots today, we passed at least 15 cars in the ditch or smashed up on the side of the road, not including the tell tale tracks of previous accidents. Kevin led the Safety Parade and we made it home in one piece!
